Answer:

You have to be a registered user on MobiMall in order to advertise your items/services. To register, simply text REG followed by your personal/company name to 1907.

Already have an account on MobiMall? Simply text ADD and your service/item to 1907 (e.g. ADD Ladies shoes).

How much does it cost to advertise on MobiMall?
Answer:

MobiMall is a trading platform that allows you to advertise and at the same time reach merchants using SMS. Each text message is premium billed at as low as GH¢0.10.

How many kinds of services/items can I advertise on MobiMall using my mobile phone?
Answer:

You can advertise as many things as you want. Simply text ADD and the item/service to 1907.

How do I advertise more than one service/item at once?
Answer:

This is known as a Bulk Item Upload. Log in to your MobiMall account at www.mobimall.biz and follow the instructions under the Upload Items tab.

Can I delete or remove any advertisement from my MobiMall account?
Answer:

Every service/item in your MobiMall account has a unique Item ID. To remove/delete any of them, simply text STOP and the Item ID to 1907 (e.g. STOP 888).

How can I access a list of all my advertised services/items on MobiMall?
Answer:

To see a list of your advertised services/items, please log in to your account at www.mobimall.biz and click on the My Product Listings tab.

You can also send the keyword LIST to 1907.

Question:
How do I find services or items on MobiMall?
Answer:

Very easy. Just text the service/item you want to 1907. For example, if you are looking for a laptop to buy, you could simply text LAPTOP to 1907. If it's a baker you want, you could text BAKER to 1907.

What do I do if I no longer want to deal on MobiMall?
Answer:

You simply text the keyword CANCEL to 1907.

Please note that if you cancel your membership, your items/services will no longer be advertised on MobiMall.
